White Caps

A hefty amenities package make the spacious condos at White Caps a popular must-see for anyone interested in owning a beach-front condo. The 14-story building, constructed in 1996, has a total of 84 three-bedroom units that are 1,250 square feet in size. Each has a pair of bathrooms. Sizable kitchens have a small island and may have granite countertops depending on renovation efforts. Condos at White Caps have large private balconies that can be accessed from the living room or master bedroom. Corner units have even larger wraparound balconies that reach toward the front of the building, providing dynamic views of the Gulf of Mexico. White Caps is served by two elevators.

An outdoor pool faces the sugar-sand beach and is surrounded by tasteful landscaping. Other amenities include an indoor pool, hot tub, fitness room, covered entry, barbecue area, boardwalk to the beach, a children’s pool and a raised tennis court with lighting. A two-car maximum has been established for the gated, landscaped parking lot, which has both covered and uncovered parking. RVs or trailers are prohibited. White Caps is midway between the intersection of Highway 59 and the Alabama/Florida border, about 5.5 miles from the “T.” The complex is in walking distance to several retail and restaurant options. To the east of White Caps is Bluewater and to the west is The Sands.
