Walker Key

This six-building complex is tucked into Terry Cove and includes a number of boat slips assigned to each of the condos. Built in 2004, each of the buildings are two stories tall and complex contain a total of 25 units. The two-bedroom and three-bedroom units are comfortable, ranging in size from 1,200 square feet to 1,700 square feet. Decent-sized kitchens have granite countertops and may have an island for additional eating space. Kitchens are part of open floor plan that leads to the living room. A private balcony can be accessed there that may look onto Terry Cove depending the unit’s location. Each condo has a pair of bathrooms and those off the master bedroom have a jetted tub. Units are served by an elevator.

A modest pool and sun deck faces Terry Cove. Other amenities include a fishing pier and gazebo. Boat slips are available upon purchase of a vessel permit and covered parking is available for two cars per unit. Walker Key is about 1.5 miles from shopping, convenience stores, and restaurants. This complex is located across the street from the Orange Beach Community Center and the Orange Beach Recreation Center. To the east of the complex are the Harbor Cove Condos and to the west is a single-family home as well as Terry Cove Motor Coach Resort.
