Come Experience Life at Tidewater
This basic condominium complex has all you’ll need if a beachfront condo is on your wish list. The complex, built in 1999, has a mix of one-bedroom, two bedroom, and three-bedroom units that range in size from 600 square feet to 1,300 square feet. The 12-story building has a total of 102 units and the modest kitchens may or may not have granite countertops. Units have the same number of bathrooms as bedrooms and each has a private balcony with views of the Gulf of Mexico. Corner units have wrap-around porches with additional views of Perdido Pass to the east and Romar Beach to the west. Condos on the higher floors also have views of Ole River.
A swimming pool looks out onto the sugar sands of Romar Beach and an additional pool inside is heated. Other amenities include a hot tub, spa, exercise room, steam room/sauna, barbecue area, and boardwalk to the beach. The uncovered parking lot is gated, landscaped and has a two-car maximum. Boat slips across the street may be available. Tidewater is a little more the three miles from the Florida border and 7.5 miles from Highway 59, known locally as the “T.” Smaller retailers and dining options are just across the street from Tidewater. To the east is Phoenix VI and directly to the west is a single-family home. The nearest condominium complex to the west, The Island House, is two doors down.
