Come Experience Life at The Pass
Condos here are the closest to Perdido Pass you can get without needing a towel. This 6-story building, built in 2002, is next to the entranceway to the Gulf of Mexico and has bayside boat slips available for those looking to take advantage of the Alabama Point location. The complex has 57 units and is made up of two-bedroom, three-bedroom and four-bedroom units that range in size from 1,500 square feet to 2,200 square feet. The private balcony is accessed from the living room and master bedroom. Some units also have a wrap-around balcony. Only week-long rentals allowed, units may have assigned boat slips and The Pass is served by a pair of elevators.
An outdoor pool faces Terry Cove and Robinson Island. Other amenities include an indoor pool, exercise room, pier, boat slips, a gazebo, private marina and barbecue area. The uncovered parking lot has a two-car maximum. The Pass is at the foot of the bridge over Perdido Pass and a little more than 8 miles from the junction with Highway 59, also known as the “T.” To the east of the condominium complex is Perdido Pass Charters and to the west is the Mariner Pass condominium development.
