Come Experience Life at Seachase
Resort-style living is the objective at Seachase condominiums, one of the first beach-front jumbo condominium complexes in the Orange Beach region. Built in 1986, this three-tower complex has a number of amenities to serve the 187 units. The 16-story towers are made up of generously-sized two-bedroom and three-bedroom units that are 1,300 square feet to 2,000 square feet. Each unit has a pair of bathrooms and those off the master bedroom have oversized Jacuzzi tubs and double vanities. Comfortably-sized kitchens may or may not have granite countertops depending on renovation projects. Each unit has a private balcony that looks out onto the Gulf of Mexico, and there is on-site management. The condos are pricier than the average unit in this region.
Seachase has five pools - one indoor, four outside, and all facing the sugar-sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Outside are an infinity edge pool, a zero-entry pool, and two standard pools. There is also a splash pad, children’s wading pool with a mushroom waterfall feature, three Whirlpool tubs, and an elevated, lighted tennis court. Inside is a fitness room facing the Gulf of Mexico, pool, Whirlpool tub, and meeting rooms. Covered and uncovered parking is available for two cars per unit in the landscaped, gated lot. Seachase is centrally-located with several grocery and restaurant options across the street. To the east are the Sunswept condominiums and directly to the west is a series of single-family homes. The nearest condominium complex to the west is the 13-floor Opal, which is about six properties away.
