Come Experience Life at Romar House
The two-building, Polynesian-style Romar House was a glimpse into the future of Orange Beach when it was developed. Built in 1984, each of the structures have 11 stories of three-bedroom units, which made the condominium complex one of the first jumbo complexes in the region. The units are about 1,700 square feet and contain a pair of bathrooms. Renovation projects dictate whether the generously-sized kitchens, which include an island, have granite countertops. A living room, dining area, and wet bar are part of an open floor plan that leads to a private balcony, which can also be accessed from the master bedroom. Elevators and wifi are available but a fee may be charged for the Internet. On-site staff is available.
Two outdoor beach-side pools include large sun decks and there is also a gazebo. A pair of lighted, turf-style, tennis courts are in the front of property as well as a clubhouse. Other amenities include a fitness room, sauna, elevators, and racquetball. The extensively-landscaped parking area includes covered parking, uncovered parking, and storage. A gated entrance-way leads into the complex. Romar House is a little less than five miles from the restaurant and shopping options on Highway 59 and across the street from the Live Bait Restaurant.
