Are you a boater looking for a condo on Cotton Bayou with quick access to the Gulf of Mexico? The low-density, five-story Porto del Sol may be what you’ve been looking for. Built in 1998, the 34-unit condominium complex has condos with three or four bedrooms ranging in size in from 1,800 square feet and 2,000 square feet. Each have the same number of bathrooms as bedrooms and comfortably-sized kitchen may or may not have granite countertops, depending on renovation projects. Bathrooms off the master bedroom may have jetted tubs and a private balcony off the living room looks out onto Cotton Bayou. Corner units have wrap-around porches. The complex is served by an elevator and Internet access may or may not be available in all units.
