Plantation Palms

This beach-side condominium complex is the newest building in Gulf Shores Plantation, a property that includes other condo buildings and vacation cottages. Plantation Palms is made of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units that range in size from 600 square feet to 1,100 square feet. Each condo has the same number of bathrooms as bedrooms, with the exception of three-bedroom units that have a pair of bathrooms. The seven-story building contains 84 units that include a private balcony facing the sugar sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Cozy kitchens come fully equipped and each unit has a washer/dryer hookup, wifi, and the complex is served by an elevator.

Being part of Gulf Shores Plantation means there is a vast number of amenities. On the beach-side portion of Plantation Palms are two pools, fenced in kiddie pool, pair of hot tubs, putting green, tennis court, horseshoe court, barbecue area, and boardwalk to the beach. Indoors, there is a pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, and exercise room. Other features at Gulf Shores Plantation include an onsite restaurant, a Starbucks Café, shuffleboard, and basketball. A two-car maximum in the uncovered parking lot is available and security guards regulate the entrance to the facility. Plantation Palms is about 14 miles from the intersection with State Route 59. To the east of Plantation Palms is Plantation Dunes, which shares a courtyard with this complex. To the west are the Duncan Beach Condos.

Plantation Palms has a no pet policy, as well as all buildings in the Gulf Shores Plantation Resort.
