Phoenix East II

Large condominium complexes may not be the ideal location for some Gulf Coast aficionados. If that’s the case you may want to consider Phoenix East II, a smaller version of its sister location next door – Phoenix East. Built in 1997, Phoenix East II has one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units that are 800 square feet to 1,500 square feet in size. One-bedroom units have a single bathroom while two-bedroom and three-bedroom units have a pair of bathrooms each, specifications that are the same as those at Phoenix East II. Kitchens are moderate in size and have all the features you might expect. A floor-to-ceiling window leads to a private balcony that provides fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Wifi is available in the complex as are washer/dryer hookups. The complex is served by elevators.

A beach-side pool looks out onto the sugar sands of the Gulf of Mexico, a bridge over the water leads to a boardwalk to beach. A Splash Pad is also available. Other outdoor amenities include a barbecue area, a tennis court, a spacious sun deck, and basketball net. Inside is another pool, a hot tub, sauna, racquetball court, and exercise room. Parking is in a guarded, spacious, and landscaped lot and there is a one car maximum for one-bedroom condos and a two car maximum for two-bedroom and three-bedroom condos. The complex is just under three miles from the Florida border and across the street from San Roc Cay. To the east of the complex is the Perdido Beach Resort and to the west is Phoenix East condominiums.
