This sizable complex has all the features you might want from a condominium in Orange Beach. Phoenix East has a great beach-front location, views of Perdido Pass -- and it’s close to everything, from shopping to restaurants to nightlife. There are 123 units in this 14-story complex, built in 1996, and the units range in size from about 800 square feet to 1,500 square feet. One-bedroom condos have one bathroom and two-bedroom and three-bedroom condos have two bathrooms. Kitchens are moderate in size and have all the features you might expect. There is an abundance of parking in the guarded, landscaped lot that is shared with its sister condominium complex, Phoenix East II. The complex is just under three miles from the Florida border and across the street from the San Roc Cay shopping center, where numerous eating and shopping options can be found. To the east of Phoenix East is its sister complex, Phoenix East II. To the west is the Phoenix VII Condominiums.
