If you seek upscale comfort a stone’s throw from the sanctuary of a wildlife refuge, The Links at the Peninsula may be right up your alley. This condominium complex, built in 2000, is in the 27-hole Peninsula golf community that borders Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge. Among its two buildings are two-bedroom and three-bedroom units that range in size from approximately 1,200 square feet to 1,900 square feet. In all, there are 19 condos in this low density complex that includes upscale features, from spacious floor plans to private balconies overlooking the golf course to granite countertops, to name a few. The Links is located on the shores of a lake that is part of the golf course, but the closest ocean area is Bon Secour Bay located to the north.

As expected with a condominium within a golf course, there are plenty of amenities. A world class tennis facility with eight lighted, hydro-court surfaced tennis courts is next door to the complex. Golfing features 27 holes and there are both heated indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness room with optional personal fitness training, a tennis pro shop, and the Peninsula Restaurant. The Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge is located on the eastern border of the property and the bay can be accessed to the north of the property. The Links is part of a multi-acre gated community that includes both condos and multi-family homes. Located directly to the east of the facility are the Links Golf Villas and to the west are the Racquetball Club Condominiums.

The Links Golf Villa allows for short term rentals, and is pet friendly for owners only.
