This upscale condominium complex provides the classic features you might expect from a classy Gulf-front tower. Pelican Point is a 14-story facility, built in 1994, with 84 three-bedroom units ranging in size from 1,200 square feet to 1,750 square feet. Larger units are located in the corner of the building. Each of the units have two full bathrooms as well as well-appointed kitchens, which may or may not include granite countertops depending on renovation projects. The condominium complex is a little more than five miles from State Highway 59 and five miles from the Florida State Line. Pelican Pointe is across the street and a short walk away from Adventure Island and shopping options. Located to the west of the complex is the 15-story Windward Pointe and to the east is The Sands condominium complex.
