The appearance of this beach-front property is deceiving. It seems to be an average five-story condominium complex, but from the Gulf of Mexico you see that it is three-pronged property whose design creates a pair of courtyards that include two outdoor pools. The complex, built in 2000, has studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units that range in size from 800 square feet to the 1,700 square feet. One-bedroom units in the 100-unit structure may have 1 or 1.5 bathroom, two-bedroom units may have either 2 or 2.5 bathrooms, and three-bedroom units may have 2, 2.5, or 3 bathrooms. And some master bedrooms include bathrooms with jetted tubs. With the exception of rare beach-front condos, private balconies look out onto the manicured courtyards. Each of the modest kitchens at Palm Beach is well-appointed and washer/drier hookups are available.
A pair of generously-sized pools is located in the courtyard areas, which include landscaping and sun decks. There is also an outdoor shower, a boardwalk leading to the Gulf of Mexico, an activity room, a fitness room, and a barbecue area. A two-car maximum is available in the uncovered parking lot. Palm Beach is located a little less than 3.5 miles from the shopping and dining options near State Highway 59 and the Ron Jon Surf Shop, which is scheduled to open in the near future, is across the street. Directly to the east of Palm Beach is undeveloped land and the closest complex are the Sugar Beach condominiums, which is two doors down. To the west are single-family homes and duplexes.
