This is one of three exclusive condo buildings in the Gulf Shores and Orange Beach area with just one unit per floor. This provides for ample, low-density space and upscale living in this 15-floor, Gulf front condominium complex built in 2007. There are 14, four-bedroom units that are about 4,000 square feet and have 4.5 bathrooms. The elevator delivers owners into the foyer, which leads to an open floor plan that includes floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room that look out onto the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is spacious and has granite countertops as well as other upscale features. The nearest condominium complex to the west is the Harbor House condominium complex, located two doors down.
