This is one of two properties with the same name. And like many of the condominium complexes on West Beach, it’s located on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico and a little more than a mile from the intersection of State Highway 59. The complex, built in 1996, includes two-bedroom and three-bedroom units that range in size from about 920 square feet to about 1,300 square feet. Each has the same number of bathrooms as they do bedrooms. Ocean House II units have all the basic features you’d expect from a Gulf-front condominium complex, including a modern kitchen area that may or may not have granite countertops depending renovation projects. A private, covered balcony extends from the living room as well as the master bedroom. Corner units have additional side windows and wraparound balconies and all units have washer/dryer hookups. The 48-unit complex is also served by an elevator.
A large, zero-entry pool is shared by Ocean House I and Ocean House II and an outdoor shower, barbecue area, gazebo, hot tub, and bathroom are near the pool area. A private boardwalk leads to the emerald sands of the Gulf of Mexico. A maximum of two cars can be left in the manicured parking lot and there may be a fee. The parking lot leads to a covered entrance and the stucco facade does give the Ocean House II a nice impression. To the east of Ocean House II is the nine-story Westwind condominium complex and to the west is its sister complex Ocean House I.
Ocean House I and II are NOT pet friendly for renters or owners.
