Navy Cove Harbor

Seclusion and on the bay are best words to describe this boat-friendly, two-building condominium complex. Built in 2005, this 40-unit complex looks out onto Mobile Bay and has easy access to Fort Morgan and Dauphin Island. A mix of two-bedroom and three-bedroom units make up the complex of which one of the buildings has a circular portion looking out onto the Bay. Another north-facing building is three stories and has a more standard rectangular design. Two-bedroom units are about 1,000 square feet and three-bedroom units are about 1,300 square feet. Each unit has two bathrooms apiece and master bathrooms include a Jacuzzi tub. Units at Navy Cove Harbor also have granite countertops in the modestly-sized kitchen as well as wifi, private balconies, and washer/dryer hook-ups. The two buildings are served by elevators.

The complex includes several private boat slips located in a deep-water basin. In addition, there is a gazebo/pavilion and pier, which is known for exceptional fishing. A pair of outdoor pools is available, one for each building, as well as a sauna, hot tub, and access to a bayside beach accessed through the landscaped property. A two-car limit is the maximum in the parking lot, though there is space for boat trailers. There is also a boat launch on the property. Other complex amenities include a barbecue area and the complex is nearby Fort Morgan and the Dauphin Island Ferry. To the east of Navy Cove Harbor is a bird sanctuary and to the west are single-family homes.
