Mustique

Named after the quaint and upscale Caribbean island, this condo development provides condominiums in a luxurious, low-density environment. Mustique is located in the West Beach section of Gulf Shores on the Little Lagoon side of North Street. Its 21 floors offer plenty of views of not just the lagoon but also the Gulf of Mexico, which is only a couple hundred yards from its doors. There are 38 four-bedroom units in this upscale condominium tower that are 2,500 square feet in size. Each has 4.5 bathrooms and master bedrooms include a Jacuzzi tub. Private balconies are on both sides of the complex, allowing views of both the Gulf of Mexico and Little Lagoon. Unit features include a generously-sized kitchen with granite countertops, high-end kitchen appliances, a wine chiller, and washer/dryer hook-ups.

A fishing pier extending into Little Lagoon includes a covered gazebo/pavilion. An outdoor pool faces the lagoon, as does a landscaped barbecue area and outdoor showers, and inside the complex are a heated lagoon-facing pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness room. Mustique has private access to the sugar-sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and there’s a two-car maximum in the landscaped parking lot. The condominium complex is close to area restaurants and shopping, yet far enough away from the downtown traffic. Located to the east of Mustique is the Summer House West condominium complex and to the west are single-family homes.
