Martinique on the Gulf

The condo complex at this upscale beach resort is part of the housing options at the expansive Martinique on the Gulf. Located among two three-floor buildings, Maison du Plage East and Maison du Plage West, the mix of condos includes two-bedroom, two-bathroom, and three-bedroom, two or three bathroom, units. Smaller units are 1,450 square feet and three-bedroom condos are either 1,750 square feet or 1,900 square feet if it is a corner condo. Bathrooms off the master bedroom include a Jacuzzi garden tub, double vanities, and a large walk-in closet. Condos have generous amounts of storage space, an open floor plan, and a sizable kitchen. The complex is on the shores of the sugar-sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and master bedrooms and living rooms face the coast as do private balconies. All first and second floor units feature 9-foot ceilings throughout, while third floor units include vaulted ceilings in the living room.

Two clubhouses on the property provide both indoor and outdoor pools, sun decks, Whirlpool spas, saunas, activity rooms, covered verandas, and grilling areas. The Club du Plage is right behind the condominium complex while the Club du Soleil is located in the heart of the resort community, and have wifi. Other amenities on the property include tennis courts and a beachfront fitness center. A boardwalk leads to the beach area and the condos are part of the beach resort, which also include several vacation homes. To the east of Martinique on the Gulf is the 4,200-acre Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge and to the west are single-family homes on larger parcels of land.
