This centrally-located, beach-front condominium complex on Perdido Key has been around since 1984, and with age comes good neighbors. The nine-floor, 49-unit Lei Lani is nearby several restaurant and shopping options as well as the Florida border. The complex is made up of one- bedroom, two-bedroom, and three bedroom units that are 680 square feet, 949 square feet, and 1,253 square feet, respectively. Each has the same number of bathrooms as bedrooms, though some have additional half baths, and some of the three-bedroom units on the top floor have loft areas. Large wraparound balconies extend from the living room and master bedroom. An open floor plan includes the kitchen, dining room, and living room area. The complex is served by an elevator and wifi is available. Kitchens have all the expected features and washer/dryer hookups are available.
A fenced-in outdoor pool with a covered patio area faces the Ole River while an indoor pool is heated in the winter months. There is also a barbecue area and boardwalk leading to the sugar sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Across the street, the condo complex is Lei Lani Village, which includes tennis courts and a pier into Ole River, which can only be used by owners. A two-car maximum is available for a fee of $17 a day and trailers are prohibited. Nearby restaurants include Tacky Jacks and Happy Harbor. The nearest condominium tower to the east is Perdido Quay, which two doors away, and directly next door to the west is the Wind Drift condo complex.
