Upscale buyers are the focus of this luxury condo development on the banks of Ole River. Legacy Key condos, built in 2004, includes spacious three-bedroom and four-bedroom units that are large enough for year-round residents. The bottom 11 floors of the 14-story complex have units with three bedrooms each and are about 1,880 square feet. The top three floor have four bedrooms with nearly 3,000 square feet of space. All 37 units have the same number of bathrooms as bedrooms, though some contain extra half baths. This is a rent-restricted complex with a 30-day minimum.

An indoor pool and an Ole River-facing outdoor pool are available as is a fitness room and sauna. The complex includes assigned, private boat slips with power, a lift, and water. A gazebo on the pier serves as a great fishing spot and grilling area. A landscaped parking lot leads to a covered entry and the complex also has deeded beach rights. The beach is about a quarter mile from the complex and the Florida line is just down the road. Located to the east of Legacy Key is a gated community of homes and to the west is the Vista Bella condominiums.
