Lagoon Run

Three different choices of water are in close proximity to this condominium complex. The sugar sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are a short walk across the street while the complex resides on the shores of Little Lagoon. And if salt water is not to your liking, take a dip in the community pool overlooking the lagoon. The condo complex has 42 units in the three-story building, which is arranged to form a courtyard. Both two-bedroom and three-bedroom units make up the landscaped complex. They range in size from nearly 950 square feet for smaller units and just under 1,160 square feet for larger condos. Each has two bathrooms and larger units have vaulted ceilings as well as lofts. Kitchens have all the expected features and washer/dryer hook-ups are available. Private balconies look out into the grass-covered courtyard area and Little Lagoon. High-speed wifi is available and Lagoon Run is served by an elevator.

A pier with a limited number of boat slips is available as well as a boat ramp. Boats require a $5 a day pass and a covered fish cleaning station is at the end of the pier. A gazebo and barbecue are on the premises and covered parking is available. There is a two car maximum. The Lagoon Landing condominium complex is located to the east of Lagoon Run and vacant land is to the west. The Gulf Shores Surf & Racquet club is located three properties to the west while the condominium complex is about 3 miles from the many restaurant and shopping options along State Highway 59.
