Island Tower

Tall and spacious is a fantastic way to describe the beach-front Island Tower. Its 26 floors makes it the tallest structure in the area while its three-bedroom units, the only type available there, provide ample room for potential owners. The setup also allows a sense of exclusivity that paves the way for high-end attributes. The 66 three-bedroom units, which are a little more than 1,600 square feet, include three bathrooms. Condos include nine-foot ceilings and rooms facing the Gulf shores have floor-to-ceiling windows that offer astounding views of the sugar sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Balcony access is from the master bedroom and living room area and an open floor plan includes the living room, dining room and kitchen area in the beach-front section of the units. Oval-shaped kitchens have the expected appliances, units include washer/dryer hook-ups, and master bathrooms may include a Jacuzzi. The complex is served by a pair of high-speed elevators and there are three units per floor. Unique floor plans are available throughout the complex, which was constructed in 2005.

Island Tower has a pair of Infinity pools, a heated one located on the third floor facing the beach and the other is an outdoor beach-front pool in a fenced seating area. A fitness room with a sauna and steam room overlooks the beaches and a barbecue area is located at the side of the building. A boardwalk leads to 150 feet of Gulf coast frontage. There are four levels of parking in the front of the complex, of which three are covered.  Island tower is located a few blocks from Highway 59 with restaurants and great shopping just a short walk. Directly to the east of the complex are the two-story Ocean Reef Condominiums and to the west is Phoenix All Suite West.
