Spectacular Views & Spacious Living
Grand Pointe has a great location if you want to keep an eye on all the waters in the region. The 87-unit complex has an outstanding vantage point above the GuIf of Mexico and the Perdido Pass convergence. A few elevator rides up the 7-floor Grand Pointe and visitors can view all the waterways in the region, from the Gulf to Ole River to the Cotton Bayou. The complex has sizable two-, three-, and four-bedroom units that range in size from about 1,300 square feet to 1,500 square feet to 2,200 square feet, respectively. Each has the same number of bathrooms as they do bedrooms or they may include another half bathroom. Balconies off the living room and from the master bedroom, on some units, provide amazing views of the Gulf and Perdido Pass. Kitchens and living rooms are outfitted with all the amenities one would expect in an upscale condominium complex as well as laundry hookups and free wireless Internet.
Grand Pointe Amenities
The complex includes a beach-side pool and hot tub, an indoor pool and hot tub, a steam room, sauna, an exercise facility, and an outdoor area with stainless steel barbecue grills. A boardwalk leads to the beach and the complex boarders a jetty that leads from Ole River to the Gulf. This has been a popular fishing spot even before the region was built up. There is a gated parking lot in the manicured entranceway as well as covered parking spots under the complex. Guests are charged $17 a day and there is room for only two cars per unit. Other amenities include a conference room and a pair of elevators. Grand Pointe is located nearby a number of shopping and restaurant options. The Florida border is a short car ride east across Perdido Pass. Municipal services are provided by Orange Beach.
