As Close to the Ocean as You Can Get
Piers reaching into the Gulf of Mexico are rare, especially when it comes to condominium complexes. But Four Seasons is the exception. It is the only condominium complex in the region with an established pier reaching into the Gulf, offering guests great spots for fishing, lounging, and observing amazing sunsets. The complex, constructed in 1986, includes two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom units over two Gulf-front, nine-floor towers. Units range in size from 1,443 square feet, 1,663 square feet, and 1,941 square feet in size, respectively. Master bathrooms include a Jacuzzi tub and a separate, stand-up shower. Units also have accessories you might expect from an upscale complex, such as sizable kitchens with room for islands and wet bars. Two stucco towers house the units and each served by a pair of elevators.
Four Seasons Condo Amenities
A wrap-around porch is accessible from the living room and master bedroom. The pier, which stretches over 300 feet into the Gulf, offers three expanded areas that include sunshade areas. Four Seasons also includes a number of amenities including an indoor pool, an outdoor pool overlooking the Gulf, a sauna, a boardwalk over the beach to the pier, and an exercise facility. Parking is located on the street-side of the manicured complex. During the month of July guests are limited to one space per unit. Also, no dual tire trucks, recreational vehicles, or trailers are allowed. Other amenities include a conference room, a covered entry, and on-site security.
Four Seasons is located close to numerous shopping and restaurant options along Perdido Beach Boulevard. A pharmacy is nearby and Gulf State Park is a short walk to the west. The complex is served by Orange Beach municipal services and Baldwin County schools. Neighboring condominium complexes include Emerald Skye, located to the west, and Nautilus, locate to the east.
