If you want a space for your family in a modest, low density property, take a look at Four C’s, located near in the West Beach Area, at 1485 Lagoon Avenue. Each of the 11 condominiums sports 2 bed/2 bath units, as well as, a handful of 3 bed/3 bath units. All units in the two-story complex include a porch where you can relax and catch views of the lagoon. Also just a few miles away is the Gulf State Park as well as ball fields and numerous other outdoor amenities. Four C’s is served by Gulf Shore services from trash to schooling, and the Home Owners Association allows the units to be rented on a short term and long term basis.
