Secluded Condo Living on the Gulf
This complex rests on a secluded spot on the Gulf of Mexico, outside the hustle and bustle of the high-rise condominiums on Perdido Beach Boulevard. There is a long, empty lot between Dolphin Key and the nearest condominium complex. There are 28 three- and four-bedroom units in the five-story Dolphin Key complex and each is between 1,600 square feet and 2,000 square feet. Units, which are serviced by an elevator, include at least three bathrooms, a wet bar for entertaining, Jacuzzi tubs, and balcony views of the Gulf from the master bedroom and living room. Dolphin Key is also a pet-friendly complex and the architecture is a mix of stucco and metal.
Dolphin Key Amenities
There is a short boardwalk to the beach as well as an outdoor pool. Across the street, Dolphin Key residents and guests have access to boat slips as well as tennis and racquetball courts. There are also on-site barbeque stations. In terms of parking, there is a fee of $34 for two cars. There is covered parking and one assigned spot per unit.
Dolphin Key is located three miles west of the Florida line. Neighboring condominiums are located to the west, such as Marlin Key, while the east side of Dolphin Key are several empty, Gulf front lots. It is also located close to three shopping centers, the Wharf, cinemas, and a number of restaurants. In addition, the complex is convenient to fishing adventures, Jet Skiing, hiking, miniature golf, a water park, and other activities.
Condominium fees include association management, common area insurance and maintenance, trash pick-up, water and sewer. The minimum age of renters is 25.
