Riverfront Condo Living
This three-story condominium complex is located along Ole River. There are 27 three- and four-bedroom units in this low-density complex. Master suites are spacious and the master bath features a Jacuzzi tub and a stand-alone shower. Each unit also consists of a wet bar and pets are welcomed, too. These wheel-chair accessible condos, built in 1992, are about 1,600 square feet. There are also boat slips available on a first come, first served basis.
There is parking for boat trailers and a pier used for fishing that includes a cleaning station. Cars can park in the lot on site and the complex also has beach access. Dolphin Harbor is a gated community with its own private security and an active association. Residents and guests enter through a covered entranceway. Residents and guests have great views of Ole River, Perdido Key, and Ono Island.

In terms of amenities, Dolphin Harbor has a tennis court located on-site. There is also racquetball, an area for barbeques, a gazebo, and an outdoor pool facing Ole River. The complex is located next to several small businesses offering things to do including, Jet Skiing, surfing, snorkeling, scuba diving, an assortment of fishing adventures, sailing, golf, and other outdoor activities.
Children living at Dolphin Harbor attend Orange Beach Elementary School, Gulf Shores Middle School, or Gulf Shores High School. Condo fees are around $475 a month and include association management, common area insurance and maintenance, pest control, trash pick-up, water and sewer.
Neighboring condominiums include Portside Condo to the East Side, Ole River Condo to the west, and Marlin Key Condo across the street.
