They consist of two or three bedrooms where some include lofts that can be used as an additional bedroom. The units range from 1,100 square feet to 1,400 square feet. This complex is pet-friendly and, like many condominiums in the area, some are used as vacation rentals.
Cotton Bayou Amenities
The grounds include amenities such as an outdoor pool, with its own tiki bar, tennis facilities, picnic tables, barbeque pits, a gazebo, pier fishing, and there is also on-site management. Cotton Bayou is located off Perdido Beach Boulevard and faces Cotton Bayou. This location allows easy and convenient access for both the beach and the bay. The complex has its own private boating facilities including slips that are first come first served. In addition, there is a boat ramp for easy water access and also, covered parking with high ceilings under the condo complexes to store boats.
