There are just 32 units in the building, adding to the tranquil feeling provided by the long stretch of white sand adjacent to the property. Owners will enjoy a wide range of amenities, making this an ideal choice for a second home getaway or a vacation rental. Private balconies in every unit provide panoramic views of the sparkling gulf waters, and owners will have direct access to the beach via a short boardwalk. There is an onsite beachside swimming pool with an outdoor shower and sundeck along with a children’s pool, making this property family-friendly.

Units at The Clearwater offer 1 bedroom, 1 bath and 2 bedroom, 2 bath layouts. The fully-equipped kitchens feature modern conveniences including a dishwasher and a microwave oven. A handy breakfast bar is perfect for a buffet setup, casual meals and snacks on the go, or a relaxing drink before dinner. As with most of our complexes located along the beach, these condos have individual washer and dryers inside every unit. Cable TV, DVD, VCR and wireless high-speed Internet service are in place for your enjoyment. Parking is available on the premises with a 2-car maximum and a $12 per car pass is required. Please note that RV’s and trailers are prohibited. Clearwater provides an elevator for easy wheelchair access.
